All are welcome
We work with adults over 18 years old who want to improve their reading, writing, and/or math skills. Our learners come from all over the world; Africa, South and Central America, the Caribbean Islands, throughout Asia, the Middle East, and right here in Portage County. We focus on developing skills based on personal needs to help everyone to achieve their goals, whatever those might be.
Services include: in-person and online group classes, one-on-one tutoring, and standalone online learning programs. We also offer digital literacy learning for those less than comfortable with technology. Laptops are available for qualified learners. All services and materials are free of charge.
To begin, just fill out an application below and send to pclc@pocolit.org. Someone will contact you to see which service is best for you.
One-on-one tutors / Tutores Uno-a-uno: Meet with the same tutor on a weekly basis at a time and place that fits your schedule.
